Quicklub®
Perfect for Food and Beverage

System Description
In a Quicklub system, lubricant is supplied through a fully automated system using electric pumps (DC or AC) and progressive metering valves.

More than a drilled manifold block, the SSV metering valve incorporates a series of metering pistons, which accurately dispense lubricant from each outlet. Visual monitoring is provided with an indicator pin, which confirms a valve has completed a full cycle. See how an SSV valve works.

The electric pumps feature a unique lightweight synthetic housing and are available with an integrated timer control unit.

Benefits
Designed to provide a relatively simple and inexpensive method of automating the lubrication process
Electrical pumps are vibration resistant and shock resistant for use on all equipment
Solid block-type SSV metering valves will not leak under pressure

With complex equipment, difficult environmental factors, concerns about contamination, and extensive use of conveyors, the food and beverage industry has a pressing need for the very best lubrication systems.
Lincoln Industrial meets the needs of the food and beverage and other industries. Rhein-Main-Sieg, the Coca-Cola
bottling plant in Bendorf, Germany, is a prime example. It saves $250,000 a year with a Lincoln Industrial automated conveyor-and-machine lubrication system. The installation incorporates centralized lubricant storage and electronic controls that automatically adjust for changes in plant temperature.
